If The Restart System isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full — digital product or not. No forms, no interrogation about whether you "really used it."
This applies to purchases made on this site. For Etsy purchases, message us through Etsy and we'll refund there; Etsy's default "digital items are non-returnable" setting does not override our promise — we issue the refund ourselves.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
